Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
