Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the store's overall success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards
• Follow established policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
