Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Act Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking of merchandise
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
