We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in all tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-tier customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning protocols
