Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the team, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate required equipment and follow cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
