Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure operational efficiency and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Offer feedback to improve product quality, monitor inventory, and follow cash handling procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies and security protocols
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Relevant retail experience is a plus
