Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established policies and procedures ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
