Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
