Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
