Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures to safeguard documents and data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
