Job Description - Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
