We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in optimizing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold store security.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
