Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently manage store operations, lead the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role involves supervising daily activities, maintaining store performance, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to promote teamwork among employees.
• Address customer concerns and maintain product quality and store signage.
• Manage staffing, schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor store budget, loss prevention, and community competition.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in budget management, personnel supervision, and retail operations.
• Experience in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
