We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for overseeing all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding and application of company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
