Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of store management while preparing to oversee your own store operations. You will lead a team, ensure outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong understanding of retail management principles.
• Prior experience in retail and management preferred.
