Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you to effectively manage store operations and lead a team. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
