Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. Your role will involve supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead and mentor your team in line with ALDI's core values and strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality standards.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct audits as needed.
• Comply with company policies and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and budget management.
• Experience operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, managerial experience preferred.
