Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team to achieve store goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage staffing by hiring, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality standards.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and store safety.
• Meet budgetary and loss prevention objectives.
• Provide feedback on product selection and consumer preferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong customer service skills and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Experience in budget management and personnel supervision.
• Previous retail management experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
