Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all facets of store management to prepare you for a successful career as a Store Manager. You will work closely with the store team, supervise daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and implement operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and team performance.

• Assist in the recruitment and training process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.

• Proficient in operating store equipment and cash register.
