We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for running your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $85,000 (including salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of concerns.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling of store personnel.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and promotions.
• Provide a safe and compliant store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
