Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of successful store management to prepare you for leading your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing staffing, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Hire, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
