Full-Time Store Manager Trainee (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee for our new store at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance
• Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Manage store personnel, schedules, and staffing levels
• Conduct training, evaluations, and performance reviews
• Ensure store compliance with policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandising

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior management experience preferred
