- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness utilization.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences and ensure clean and safe fitness spaces.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Drive enthusiasm, connection, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness instruction or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Possess a passion for fitness and community building.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
