Position: Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Compensation: Pay Range is $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities! Class rates paid at $35.00 per hour!
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through exceptional programming
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs
- Ensure a world-class member experience through clean, safe, and on-trend fitness spaces
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for Instructors and Coaches
