Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness KPIs to drive membership and engagement.
- Analyze business performance and ensure financial targets are met.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes and community building.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fitness certification or relevant education preferred.
