Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to creating an inclusive and uplifting fitness experience. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional experiences for our members through high-energy classes that motivate and create community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPI's.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by maintaining clean and safe spaces, executing flawless programming, and resolving challenges promptly.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and create a culture that drives accountability and adherence to core values.

Requirements

• Prior experience in group fitness or studio management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Certifications in fitness training and group fitness instruction are a plus.
