We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our passionate and united team at VASA Fitness. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience for our members, maximizing studio and group fitness utilization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and exceed key performance indicators.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience by ensuring clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of events and programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high teaching standards.
• Create a vibrant community through high energy classes that inspire and uplift our members.
