Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage through competitive and convenient class schedules.
- Drive performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
- Train, coach, and develop instructors to deliver high-energy classes that motivate and create community.
