Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a full-time member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations, utilizing your skills to ensure timely services for our customers.

General Duties

• Perform pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilize proper techniques for loading and unloading trailers.
• Adhere to technology and procedures for efficient operations.
• Flexibility in duties and schedules based on the terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience preferred.
• Class-A CDL with necessary endorsements.
• Good work record and safe driving history.
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment screenings.
