Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in New Castle County, DE. If you are an experienced LPN with a passion for providing geriatric care in a community setting, we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
