Position
We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. The roles may include day or night shifts, one weekend/month, and 2 holidays/year.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
