We are looking for experienced Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and facilitating patient discharge. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
