Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs
We have openings for LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, with shifts including day or night hours, one weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Execute goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
