Position Overview
We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, participating in discharge planning, and ensuring patient-centered care.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
