Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements
