We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Central Florida. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in our customers' homes. Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories following company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promote products and services to customers.
- Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are maintained and accounted for.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid licensing and certifications as required by laws and regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Advanced skills in installing HVAC equipment and duct work.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
