We are hiring a Residential HVAC Repair Technician to join the expanding HVAC department at Fenwick Services in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks. This role offers a competitive hourly base salary with commission, providing the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.
