Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls
- Analyze and resolve customer problems
- Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in HVAC and technical training certification
- Valid licensing and certifications as required
- Skilled at servicing HVAC equipment
- Proficient mechanical aptitude
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to climb, lift heavy objects, and work in various environments
