HVAC Service Technician
We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Golden Seal - Service Experts. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity for professional growth and development while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
- Analyze and resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid HVAC licensing and certifications.
- Proficiency in servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in various environmental conditions.
