HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician (Commercial) to join the Pardee - Service Experts team. As part of our dynamic and customer-focused company, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial HVAC systems and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Inspect and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery.
• Record and submit all necessary information, maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years' experience in HVAC.
• Valid technical training certification and licensing as required.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
