Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at L.L.Bean in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 an hour, premium pay for night shifts, excellent benefits, and a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus. As a key team member in our fast-paced Order Fulfillment Center, you will be responsible for advanced electrical maintenance tasks up to 600 volts AC, ensuring safety and efficiency across our facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide second level support for complex electrical maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled equipment.
- Install, maintain, and support robotics, sorting, and vision systems.
- Manage power distribution systems and lighting installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.
- Act as a mentor to junior electricians.
- Collaborate with internal teams on technology projects.
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Master Electrician license required.
- 6 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and IEC blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and aerial lift operation skills.
