Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote products/services
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools
- Train other installers on technical skills and procedures
- Assist with site supervision, audits, and work planning
Health & Safety Responsibilities: Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and ensure a safe work environment
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma with HVAC technical training certification
- EPA and safety certifications required
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment
- Strong communication and time-management skills
