Position Summary:

The Lead Installer is responsible for the satisfactory installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. This role involves communicating with customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Lead Installer may also assist in training other installers, conducting work audits, and planning installations under the supervision of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories according to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Fabricate and install ducts as required.
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property and tools.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor in all business matters.
• Assist in site supervision, planning, and quality audits.
• Train other installers in technical skills and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
• Valid licensing and certifications as required by laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HVAC equipment installation and related systems.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
