Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. As a Licensed Nurse working the NOC shift from 6pm to 6am, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents with professionalism and care. This position requires a 3/4 rotation, with weekend shifts every other week.
Responsibilities
- Document and communicate resident information accurately.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Alert management of changes in resident conditions.
- Assist with medication records and ordering.
- Monitor medication delivery and handle discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the appropriate state.
- Comfort working with the elderly.
- Proficiency in English preferred.
- Monthly CPR certification required.
- Passing a background check is a condition of employment.
