Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will assess patients, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
