Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health as an LPN MDS Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure appropriate patient care and nursing center reimbursement. As an LPN, you will direct the interdisciplinary RAI process, develop individualized Care Plans, and train team members on clinical content. Position Highlights

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Computer skills, including Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
