Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Lebanon Center on a Per-Diem basis for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
