Licensed Practical Nurse 🧑‍⚕️🏥

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare services. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and the Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure quality patient care and proper nursing center reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the interdisciplinary RAI process in accordance with guidelines.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans based on resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Train new team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.

Requirements

• Active LPN license.
• Prior experience in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience is a plus.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
