Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center, an 81-bed healthcare facility located in beautiful and historic Exeter, NH, just minutes from Exeter Hospital. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis, allowing for a flexible schedule that works for you. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
