Job Description
Genesis Health is currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN with Genesis HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and residents.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
